Jonathan Bydlak – Founder and Executive Director of DiscoverScholars.org

Jonathan is the former Director of Fundraising for the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign, where he oversaw a fundraising apparatus that raised over $35 million. Jonathan is applying his experience with web 2.0 social networking tools to build a dedicated donor base for DiscoverScholars.org.

Prior to his service on the campaign, Jonathan worked as an investment analyst at one of the largest hedge funds in the world. Philosophically committed to market-based solutions to problems, Jonathan graduated in 2005 with an A.B. in economics from Princeton University.

Haris Hadzimuratovic – Member, Discover Scholars Board of Directors

Haris holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law ’08, as well as an A.B. in Economics from Princeton ’05

Justine Lam – Member, Discover Scholars Board of Directors

Justine is advising the social networking and outreach efforts of Discover Scholars, and is working to spread awareness of the organization online, develop communities of supporters, and set up the web infrastructure for online grassroots fundraising efforts.

The former eCampaign Director for the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign, Justine’s work has been recognized with numerous awards, most recently at the Politics Online 2009 conference. Her social networking expertise was instrumental in orchestrating the campaign’s ground-breaking fundraising achievements.

Prior to her campaign service, Justine was the director of the Koch Summer Fellow Program, a highly-competitive free-market public policy fellowship program based at George Mason University.

Justine is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Development Studies.
